Chimney Cowl Fitting Kildare

Chimneys in Kildare

Many Kildare estates were built with open fireplaces that are now used occasionally or replaced with stoves. We check how each flue is used before recommending a guard, so you get protection without affecting the appliance.

Common problems we see

• Birds nesting in pots on estates backing onto farmland and parkland.
• Occasional-use open fires letting in rain and debris between uses.
• Stove installations with no proper terminal fitted.
• Open pots on unused chimneys letting in damp.

Is the €160 crow guard right for my chimney?

The Allgrip Crow Guard suits many standard round pots on open fireplaces and disused chimneys. Stoves, gas appliances and lined flues usually need a different terminal. Send us a photo and tell us how the chimney is used, and we'll confirm the right product before you book.
