Terms & conditions

Draft — to be reviewed by the business owner before launch.

Offer conditions

Price applies to a standard single-pot installation with suitable access, where the Allgrip Crow Guard is compatible with your chimney pot and flue. Extra pots, difficult access, unusual chimneys or specialist work are quoted and agreed before installation. Not every chimney is suitable for this product.

Quotations

Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide. If on-site conditions differ, we will explain any change and agree it with you before continuing. No additional charge is applied without your agreement.

Product suitability

The correct cowl depends on pot dimensions, flue arrangement, appliance and fuel type, ventilation requirements and manufacturer compatibility. We will not fit an unsuitable guard to an operational flue, or cap a disused chimney in a way that prevents necessary ventilation.

Nesting birds

Where birds are nesting, we assess the situation and comply with applicable Irish wildlife protection legislation before any removal.

Weather and safety

Roof access and installation are subject to suitable weather and safe working conditions. Appointments may be rescheduled for safety.

Bookings

Online booking requests are not confirmed appointments until we contact you to confirm.
